Brief Introduction
8411 series solvent-free fast setting insulating resins can be classified into three types according to the use method, that is, immersing soaking, dripping soaking and rolling soaking,the brief introduction is shown as follows:
a: immersing soaking type: 8411-C dipping resin, for short: 8411-C, used in fast normal-pressure dipping or continuous dipping process.
b: dripping soaking type: 8411-D dripping soaking resin, for short: 8411-D, used in dripping soaking process.
c: rolling soaking type: 8411-G rolling soaking resin, for short: 8411-G, used in rolling soaking process.
This series products are composed of epoxy resin, acid anhydride, solidifying agent, promoter and active diluent, belonging to bicomponent product(A, B component is separately packed and the weight ratio of A to B is 1 to 1, mixed to use), temperature-resistance grade: B grade, mildewproof grade: O grade.
This series products are used in different electric machine winding and insulating treatment of electric appliance coil.
Appearance: A component: light yellow; B component: brown; appears brown yellow transparent liquid after mixing, no mechanical impurities.
